Our San Diego plans changed last minute :( So we decided to explore a new lake! Apache lake is a cozy little lake 18 miles further than our fav Canyon Lake. The major downside is that the road is not paved and a very Scary drive along the mountains. Thankfully we made it there safe and sound and the kiddos had a blast! However, the way home was not so fun cuz poor lil' ella got carsick :( After hearing "I have butterflies in my tummy a hundred times" we won't be going back!
LOVE Ella and her boots! That just tickled me!! Was there no one else there? That worries me that you go off into the wilderness by yourself....
