Happy Birthday Casey

We celebrated Landon's friend Casey's 5th birthday at Chuckie Cheese this past weekend.  The kiddos had a great time playing tons of games and eating lots of pizza! Thanks Casey for inviting us!

Ella Bean lost a Tooth!

 Wow, the tooth fairy left me $5..Thanks Aunt Renee for our personalized tooth holder case!

Lil' miss ella lost a tooth! She had her momma freaked out cuz she is only 3 :( Before she went to bed to brush her teeth, she was eating a peach.  We are thinking she hit the pit of the peach and it loosened her tooth. While brushing her teeth we found her tooth in the sink :( But the great news is the tooth fairy came! The next morning we headed straight to the dentist!

Welcome Princess Lola!

We have a new addition to the family!  The kids have been begging for a puppy and their wish has come true.  Lola bear is a Yorkie Poo.  She is spoiled rotten and already has her momma wrapped around her lil' paw! We can't wait to go visit her cousin Addie and play dress up in her wardrobe of adorable clothes!

We were thrilled that Kim decided to come for a weekend away from Iowa for a lil' getaway! Even though the temps were hot in 100's, that didn't stop us from showing her a great time! We love you Kimmy and hope you visit again soon :)

Batman Keenan

Bridget and Keenan came to the house for a sleepover! Landon is sooo excited that Keenan is a big boy now and can play dress up with him.  Beware Bridge, look what you get to look forward to in a few short years!

First day of School

Summer is officially over and school has begun! Landon is attending Grow and Learn Preschool 4 days a week and Ella is going 2 days a week in the 3 year old program.  They are excited to meet lots of new friends and hope to have a great year!

We were just leaving SunSplash after 7 hours of swimming and playing.  Mommy the photographer, had a great idea of taking a quick pic by the pirate ship out front.  Landon climbed up on a rock about 2 ft tall and lost balance and fell backwards on his back but his head flew back on the cement. After calming him down we rushed him over to the Emergency room in Gilbert to have him checked out.  Even though the nurses' thought he looked great, the doctor ordered him to have a CT scan.  After 30 long minutes of waiting the results finally came back showing a skull fracture. Landon was then transferred by ambulance to a Phoenix hospital and placed in peds. ICU.  The neurosurgeons wanted to monitor him for another 24 hours to make sure there was no bleeding to the brain.  He is one lucky and tough little boy.  We are very blessed that he was able to return home the following day.  Now we just have to follow the doctor's orders of NO swimming, sports, bike or scooter rides for 3 MONTHS! Trust me November can't come soon enough!
